• Are you an experienced support worker who has worked in the community or residential environment?
  
  
• Are you able to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life?
  
  
• Are you able to work in a role that is akin to a combination of life-coaching, care work, companionship and being motivational?
  
  
• Do you have some weekend availability?
  
  
• Do you have your own vehicle and a Full driver's license?
