- Build digital confidence across teams by supporting staff with learning platforms and tools.
- Analyse learning data and feedback to improve programmes and experiences.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Quality, Digital, Clinical, and operational teams.
What You’ll Bring - Experience in L&D, HR, education, or a related capability or people-focused area.
- Confidence with digital learning platforms or LMS tools.
- An interest in using AI to support content creation and learner experience.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Good analytical skills and strength in organisation and follow-through.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a people‑first approach.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us - A purpose‑led organisation where your work supports better care for vulnerable people
- A supportive, collaborative People & Culture team
- Opportunities to develop your digital and AI learning capability
- Flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing professional growth
- Real opportunities to shape how learning is delivered across the organisation
General Requirements - NZ driver licence
- NZ residency, citizenship, or valid work permit
- Willingness to travel occasionally
