The Florence Nightingale Agency has been in business since 1997. Our team of office staff and support workers provide home based support to help people live the way they want to, in the home and in the community.

As we grow, we are seeking a two new Client Services Manager to have overall responsibility for the delivery of services to these clients and meeting contractual obligations of the business
Both roles are based in Christchurch but each will be responsible for a distinct region:
- Christchurch & South Canterbury
- North Canterbury, Marlborough & Tasman (includes travel to the region minimum of one week per month)
The Client Services Manager (CSM) has a mixed role of supporting the coordinators with rostering, scheduling, following up with support workers on shift as well as networking, managing incidents/accidents, assisting our audit team to meet contract requirements, developing business in the region to encourage growth and being the local face for funders and other agencies in the community. The CSM also supports and connects with our most complex clients - ensuring they are safe, getting what they need. Lastly the CSM for North Canterbury, Marlborough and Tasman will also be assisting our Flexible Support service by completing initial client visits with disabled people we support. This team are responsible for the support and empowerment of disabled people and their families to have more say in the type of cares received and how they will be delivered through hosting their budgets in line with the ministry's purchasing guidelines and to promote the principals of enabling good lives!
Day to day, the CSM might be out visiting a funder, calling someone after an incident, meeting a client, completing an individualised support plan with a new client, answering calls, and working with coordination teams to ensure the clients have the right fantastic support workers to provide their supports.
The CSM will also focus on business development, work closely with the clinical and recruitment teams and potentially attend career expos.
