About the Organisation:
This is an amazing opportunity to work as an External Auditor with a strong mid-tier that has existed for over 75 years, and offers a range of specialist services, is looking to expand their audit division!

The firm has 8 directors and 4 offices across Queensland. Their main office is in Toowoomba, and their Audit team is looking for a new experienced Auditor to join their busy and growing division!

You'll be fully supported by an exceptional partner, who will give you hands-on mentorship and huge opportunities for growth. You'll also have the chance to work across a broad range of clients, with turnovers of up to $50million!

The Role

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for complex clients and entity groups
• Review work prepared by the offshore team, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Support tax planning and business advisory engagements
• Work closely with Managers and Partners on client matters
• Mentor junior accountants and support their technical development

About You

• 4+ years of Australian public practice accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge across tax compliance and financial reporting
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
• Experience within a mid-sized or larger accounting firm preferred
• Seeking a long-term opportunity with room to grow
