About the Organistion
Join a well-established not-for-profit organisation making a genuine difference in the community. Due to changes within the finance team, they are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide immediate support across month-end reporting, analysis and operational finance. 

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with operational leaders and the broader finance team across a diverse portfolio of programs and cost centres. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end reporting across multiple cost centres and programs
• Analyse results and provide commentary on budget variances
• Present financial results to operational budget owners
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, including revenue accruals
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
• Assist with acquittals and respond to operational finance queries
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information

About You
You’ll be a confident Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner who can quickly get across a busy environment and build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders. You will ideally have:

• Strong management accounting and month-end experience
• Experience managing multiple cost centres or programs
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded
• Not-for-profit, government grants/acquittals or home care experience is advantageous but not essential
