About the Client A well-established Brisbane accounting firm is seeking an experienced Admin to join their growing team.
With offices in the northern suburbs AND CBD, this firm offers exposure to a diverse client base - from individuals and high-net-worth groups through to substantial private entities. You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners, gain strong advisory exposure, and mentor junior staff within a structured team environment.
The JOB
Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the office
Provide support to managers, accountants and administration team members
Maintain and update client information and records within MYOB AE
Manage jobs, workflows, deadlines and related administrative processes in MYOB AE
Assist with billing, invoicing and work-in-progress administration
Coordinate client correspondence, documentation and lodgement processes
Monitor workflow and follow up outstanding tasks and information
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records
Support and guide junior administration team members
Help develop and improve office systems, procedures and administrative workflows
Liaise professionally with clients, accountants, management and external parties
Provide general office and administrative support as required
