The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company recognised for the value it delivers in the mining services industry. Whilst it is a 2 month contract opportunity, there is a strong potential to join the team on an on going basis. It is a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience in the mining services industry. 
On a day-to-day basis, you will be: 

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding administration for new employees.
• Collect, verify and maintain employee documentation, records and HRIS data.
• Process employee movements, HR system updates and onboarding tasks.
• Liaise with new starters and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide general HR administrative support while maintaining accurate records and compliance with internal processes.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have quality administration experience. 
You will bring:

• Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role, with exposure to employee onboarding and HR processes.
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage employee records and documentation.
• Confident using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
• A positive, adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and navigate changing priorities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with new employees and internal stakeholders while managing multiple onboarding activities simultaneously
