Key Responsibilities

• Financial Systems Conversions
• Manage and execute full financial systems conversions
• Perform accurate and complete data migration
• Set up systems to best practice standards, ready for use by businesses or the accounting team
• Undertake historical accounting work and file clean ups to bring accounts up to date
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy across all financial records
• Collaborate with the Network Finance Team to ensure alignment in processes, system setups, and client handovers
• Deliver training to agency business owners on financial systems and integrations
   
     

Your Profile

• 2+ years’ accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Xero
• Confident communicator able to work effectively with clients, team members, and franchise owners
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
