The Organisation:
This global mining services organisation is a significant supplier to the mining industry, boasting a strong client base that includes renowned mining companies. You will work for an organisation that can provide flexibility around start and finish times. Being a small team, you will find everyone to be welcoming, accommodating and supportive. The office is based in the City,  has amazing views and is easily accessible by public transport. Although this is currently a temporary role, there is a strong expectation that it will ultimately convert to permanent for the right person. 

The Role:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Raising purchase orders
• Supplier reconciliations
• Creating vendors in the system
• Reviewing payment proposals
• Produce reports
• Ad hoc accounts payable responsibilities

• Proven experience in a busy, high-volume accounts payable role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with people across Australia
• Experience with SAP or a large ERP system will be valuable
