The Organisation:
With multiple offices across regional QLD and NSW, our client provides tailored business advisory and accounting services - specializing in the support of Australian business owners, much like themselves!

The Position:
This is a unique role, ideal for someone who is ready to work hard & fast-track their way to equity. The leadership team is focused on hiring someone for the long term and is happy to offer a package that reflects this intention.

This role requires 3 days in-office in Warwick, QLD.

On offer:

• 2 days WFH or in Toowoomba office if you choose
• Travel/vehicle allowance
• Equity opportunity in just 12 months
• Up to $150,000 package depending on experience
• Flexible start & end times, 9 day fortnight option available

Day to day:

• Supporting small, medium and large business clients in Warwick and surrounding regional areas 
• Reviewing & supporting compliance work of 2 offshore teammates
• Meeting firm deadlines (ex. EOFY reporting)
• Providing accurate and up-to-date advisory services regarding compliance, strategy and tax planning

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of public practice accounting experience
• Technical competencies: Division7a, CGT concessions, Personal service income, Trust elections and family trusts, tax groups and consolidated groups, QBCC reporting
• Experience with advising businesses up to $500 million in turnover
• A positive attitude and growth mindset
• CPA/CA/IPA not required, but an asset
