This leading global mining services organisation is a significant supplier to the mining industry and has a strong client base of renowned global mining companies. You will work for an organisation that delivers solutions that enhance productivity and promote environmental stewardship. Although this is currently a temporary 3-month role, there is a strong expectation that it will convert to permanent for the right person. 

The Role:
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Raising purchase orders
• Supplier reconciliations
• Creating vendors in the system
• Reviewing payment proposals
• Produce reports
• Ad hoc accounts payable responsibilities

• Proven experience in an accounts payable role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred)
