The Role:
This organisation is seeking the support of an experienced and proactive Management Accountant. This will initially be a 3-month temporary role, but it has the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: 

• Working closely with stakeholders on the operations side to better understand the key drivers in the business.
• Analysing various performance and operational KPIs to drive efficiencies. 
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process, as well as CAPEX reporting. 
• Managing the end-of-month management reporting while being supported by a small team

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a role with strong business partnering exposure
• A commercial mindset with the ability to explain accounting concepts to people who have a strong operational mindset and are not accountants 
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasts
• CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
