About the Role
We're excited to introduce the new role of Senior Counsellor to join our Medicare Mental Health Hub in Campbelltown. In this key clinical leadership role, you'll provide evidence-based individual, couple and family counselling to clients experiencing complex mental health and relationship challenges, while also supporting the development of Counsellors through supervision, mentoring and practice leadership. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to integrated, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care that supports positive outcomes for clients and their families.

The details:

• Contract: 12-month Maximum-Term Contract
• Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days a week
• Location: Campbelltown

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social sciences
• Postgrad qualification or training in couple/family counselling with a systemic approach (desirable)
• Eligible for PACFA, ACA (Level 3 or 4), AASW, or Registered Psychologist
• Experience delivering individual, couple and family therapy, particularly with complex presentations
• Demonstrated clinical supervision, coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed, systemic and integrated models of care
