About the role
This 12-month secondment for a Team Leader – Community Builders is a great opportunity to step into a senior role overseeing the Northern Region CAFS (Community and Family Support) contract.
As part of the program’s leadership team, you will provide day-to-day coordination, supervision and leadership to staff, while acting as a key advisor to the Manager. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll support quality service delivery, contribute to program development, and step into direct service when required.
Sitting between the Manager and front-line teams, this role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their leadership capability while remaining connected to practice and driving strong client outcomes. You will have significant autonomy and decision-making responsibility, contributing to service development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
