What you'll do
As our Team Leader, Counselling, you’ll provide clinical leadership and supervision to our team of Couple & Family Counsellors, supporting the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive services. You will maintain a small caseload in line with centre priorities, support the management of complex cases, and foster strong clinical practice across the team.
Working closely with the Centre Manager and Regional leadership, you’ll contribute to service quality, performance against targets, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in promoting safe, effective, trauma‑informed practice and supporting staff wellbeing.
This role offers the opportunity to step back from full-time frontline work while continuing to influence outcomes for clients, practitioners and the broader service.
