About the role 
As Regional Manager at our Sydney City Office, you’ll provide strategic leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery, strong community partnerships, a positive workplace culture, and effective oversight of people, safety, compliance, and budgets.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll lead and motivate a dedicated team of professionals in key service areas, including Counselling, Centre Support, the Family Relationship Centre and access mediation. You'll: 

• Lead with Purpose: Provide strong, compassionate leadership to your team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all client touchpoints 
• Drive Excellence: Oversee service delivery, ensuring it meets the highest standards through strategic leadership, planning, performance management, and governance 
• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, promoting a high-performance culture and fostering collaboration across all teams 
• Community Engagement: Expand our impact by cultivating relationships with local communities, service providers, and advocacy groups, enhancing the Centre's growth and influence 
• Champion Workplace Culture: Uphold and embody the organisation's values, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture

What you'll bring 

• Proven leadership experience in community services or customer‑focused environments, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve high‑quality service outcomes
• Strong operational management capability, including staff leadership, resource planning, compliance oversight, and ensuring safe, efficient service delivery
• Strong capability in service delivery excellence, including the ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions, optimise customer outcomes, and ensure programs meet organisational performance standards
• Expertise in partnerships and stakeholder engagement, building effective relationships with community organisations, interagencies, funding bodies, and internal leadership teams to enhance service reach and growth
• Commitment to cultural safety, inclusion and reconciliation, with experience contributing to RAP initiatives and ensuring services reflect the diverse needs of local communities
