About the role
This role will provide assessment support to the Relationship Education Groupwork Program (REP). You'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality relationship education programs by conducting timely, sensitive, and client-focused intake assessments. The role involves completing group assessments accurately and recording data to support client engagement and program matching. 

What you'll do

• Conduct trauma‑informed, culturally responsive client assessments (phone/video) and ensure intake documentation is completed accurately and sensitively.
• Record client information, risk indicators, and assessment outcomes in the CRM with a high level of accuracy.
• Liaise with facilitators, admin teams, and Team Leaders to ensure smooth client transitions into appropriate REP groups.
• Monitor client needs, identifying and escalating risks or complex situations as required.
• Contribute to data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.

Details:

• Online role, based anywhere in NSW
• 3 days per week | 6 month contract
• Working 10am-6pm twice a week and 12pm-8pm once a week (to cover after hours appointments)
• Monday and Tuesday essential, 3rd day flexible

What you'll bring

• Experience in client intake, assessment, case coordination, and referral management within therapeutic or community settings.
• Ability to manage high‑volume client interactions with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with accurate documentation and record‑keeping.
• Proficiency with client databases, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
• Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive practice, with an understanding of family dynamics and factors impacting safety and wellbeing.
