About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our remarkable Customer Service team for this 3-day part-time, permanent opportunity.
Our Customer Service team are genuinely excited to help our customers - parents, internal team members, schools, suppliers and partners.
You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you are confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues to resolve customer queries. You will ensure remarkable service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, whilst continuing to build the TeamKids brand offering.
