Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

What is a Director of Service?
  
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
  
Service Location: Balwyn 3103, this busy little service is located in a shared space and enjoys great support from the school community. The students are a great group and the role is supported by a highly competent 2IC. 
  
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 7:00 - 9:00am
After school care: 2:30 - 6:30pm
Admin hours: 4
Total: 34

About You 
You’re a natural leader with a love for working with children — and you haven’t lost your inner big kid! You:

• Are passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
• Are energetic, enthusiastic, and believe fun is essential
• Hold a relevant Diploma level qualification (or are working towards one) in line with ACECQA requirements
