Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

What is a Director of Service?
  
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
  
Service Location: Mount Cotton QLD 4165, this busy service is supported a great team of permanent educators and casuals and is a great opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys being challenged and loves to make a positive difference to the service that they manage.
  
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 6:30am-8.45am
After school care: 1.45pm-6.00pm
Admin hours: 5.5
Total: 38

About You

• Hold a relevant Diploma level qualification (or are working towards one) in line with ACECQA requirements
