*This role may require travel to regions in Melbourne Outer North West suburbs.

About the Role:

As a Regional Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your region, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver remarkable, fun, and safe programs. You'll also:

• Manage a portfolio of 11-15 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine.
• Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop.
• Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation.
• Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations.
• Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions.
• Manage and coach 2x DOS/Mentors who support the training and upskilling of your team

About You:
