TeamKids is on the search for a remarkable Manager, ready to take the next step in their career! We have a full-time Program Manager position available at our new service in Spring Farm!

 About the role

• You will be managing a Large service with opportunity for even more growth.
• The Program Manager’s primary role is to oversee all day to day operations at their Before and After Care service.
• The role will be accountable for all management, support, training and professional development for the team of Directors, 2ICs and Educators, and will be accountable for ensuring a high quality and viable program for the service community.
• A dynamic position combining on-the-floor interaction with children and off-the-floor administrative and leadership responsibilities
• Overseeing the planning, resourcing and delivery of remarkable, fun and engaging program for all groups and children in attendance.
• Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with the children, families, school leadership and wider school community.
• Impact the lives of children and their families by delivering a remarkable service and creating life-long memories
• Network and collaborate regularly with your peers across Australia
