We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Before and After Care service.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for all children and families involved. A completed Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is required.

About the Role:

As the Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing, training, and supporting a dedicated team of 2IC’s and Educators. Your leadership will help foster a remarkable and engaging program that caters to children from preschool through Year 6. You'll be on-the-floor and hands-on during operational hours, particularly in the afternoon session, while having the flexibility to be off the floor and manage administrative tasks during Before Care.

Our service at Crestmead State School is large with a good Leadership team in place. It has a dedicated space onsite and a strong school relationship. We are looking for an experienced Coordinator looking for their next step in their career!
