THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing (HOM), you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies, scheduled activity, and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Manage the TeamKids website, launching promotional landing pages, writing articles and news updates, launching seasonal holiday programs and more
· Coordinate brand partnership activations and event promotions, including promotion of program activities to boost attendance
· Liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal departments, including partner schools, to help strategically solve problems and boost program attendance
· Create, schedule and manage all automated email campaigns, leveraging audience data analytics to report on consumer trends to aid growth/attendance initiatives
· Oversee and advise on all online activity, including the planning and execution of a social media calendar, ensuring cohesive brand messaging online and maintaining an active online presence with data-driven and engaging content
· Assist in the implementation of customer journey communications, using marketing automation technology to deliver timely and relevant content that addresses customer needs at all points in the cycle
· Conduct ongoing data collection and reporting, including analysis on socials to identify strengths and weaknesses, and campaign performance (early, mid, and post) to optimise, track, and provide recommendations and determine ROI
· Monitor online consumer sentiment and brand share of voice by conducting ongoing competitor analysis and managing brand reviews
ABOUT YOU:
Passionate about marketing & communications, you will also be:
· 3+ years of experience in Advertising or Creative Agency is preferred / previous experience working in the Marketing & Communications field
· A team player who works well with direct team members, suppliers, and all TeamKids staff
· Possesses a growth mindset, is forward-thinking, and eager to learn new technologies
· Strong understanding of the digital landscape
· Skilled in data analytics and insights reporting
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
· High level of attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities
· Super organised and able to seamlessly manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
