Your Role Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be at the centre of our communications efforts, combining creativity, precision, and people skills to deliver effective business outcomes. You'll help execute strategies and drive campaigns that grow engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Website management: Launching promotional pages, news posts, and seasonal updates
- Activations and events: Coordinating/deploying campaigns to all stakeholders across multiple marketing channels
- Stakeholder engagement: Building relationships that drive meaningful business results
- Email marketing: Creating and scheduling EDM campaigns backed by strong audience analytics and automation
- Owning the social content calendar and crafting engaging, on-brand posts that drive engagement and ROI
- Marketing automation: Mapping customer journeys and delivering targeted communications
- Data insights and reporting: Tracking performance and refining campaigns to meet key metrics
- Competitor analysis: Monitoring sentiment and shaping how our brand stands out
About You You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring sharp thinking with a collaborative, diplomatic communication style. You're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into multi-channel campaigns with precision, passion and purpose.
You’re also
- Experienced ideally 3+ years in marketing or advertising. However, if marketing is in your DNA, please apply!
- Super organised and detail-focused
- Creative and confident with words, both written and spoken. You're eager to present ideas to colleagues and stakeholders
- Insightful, with a knack for data analytics and keen to lean into automation and AI trends
