KMH Workforce is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a FIFO opportunity supporting a mining/civil project in Western Australia.

This opportunity would suit an organised, professional and proactive Site Administrator with previous FIFO experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team while liaising with project personnel, management and other key stakeholders.

About the Role Working as part of the site-based project team, you will assist with the coordination and administration of day-to-day site activities.

The role will include:

• FIFO from Perth, WA
• 2:1 roster
• Mining / civil earthworks project
• Providing general administrative support to the site and project team
• Assisting with employee mobilisation, site access and onboarding requirements
• Coordinating and maintaining personnel records, documentation and site information
• Assisting with rosters, travel and accommodation requirements where required
• Processing and maintaining timesheets and workforce records
• Maintaining training, competency and compliance documentation
• Assisting with purchase orders, site supplies and general project documentation
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other project documentation
• Supporting site management with day-to-day administrative requirements
• Liaising with employees, supervisors, management and other project stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate filing and document control systems
• Assisting with meetings, reporting and general site coordination as required

About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Previous FIFO Site Administration experience
• Previous exposure to mining, civil construction, earthworks or similar project environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships while maintaining professionalism
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Confidence working autonomously as well as within a site-based team
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
• Competency across Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify and action administrative requirements
• Current White Card
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced FIFO environment
