KMH Workforce are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join a major FMG civil bulk earthworks project, with mobilisation commencing in late September/early October 2026.

This is a key site leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, site personnel and project delivery.

About the Role

• Lead and supervise civil bulk earthworks operations on site
• Oversee site crews, supervisors, plant and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to project specifications
• Monitor daily production, progress and resource requirements
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and engineering team
• Ensure project schedules and production targets are achieved
• Identify and resolve construction and site issues
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to the site team

About You

• Schedule 26 Supervisor Course & DMIRS Exam completed
• Previous experience as a Civil Superintendent or Senior Supervisor
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and civil construction
• Previous mining/FIFO experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site operations
• Proven ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple work fronts
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
