We are seeking experienced Underground Bogger Operators to join the team at one of Australia's premier underground gold operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-life mine with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

Working on 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off FIFO roster, you'll be part of a high-performing underground mining team operating modern equipment in a production-focused environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground loaders (LHDs) to remove blasted ore and waste, maintain production flow, and support daily underground mining activities.

Roster: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Location: Fosterville Gold Mine, Victoria (FIFO to Melbourne with site transfer provided)
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience

Duties

• Conduct pre-start inspections and operate CAT R2900G and CAT R2900 XE loaders
• Bog development headings, stopes and drawpoints
• Remove blasted ore and waste while maintaining production targets
• Separate ore and waste into designated stockpiles or ore passes
• Safely and efficiently load underground haul trucks
• Operate tele-remote bogging equipment where required
• Perform road maintenance, clean spillages and maintain stockpile geometry
• Identify and report ground conditions, ventilation issues and potential hazards
• Complete refuelling, clean-downs and defect reporting

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated underground Bogger/LHD operating experience
• Experience operating CAT R2900G and/or CAT R2900 XE loaders
• Tele-remote bogging experience highly regarded
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work effectively within a production-focused underground team
• Current manual Australian Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Full Australian working rights
