Civil Operators & Ground Crew - DCAC

KMH Workforce are currently seeking experienced Civil Operators and Ground Crew for an upcoming FIFO civil project based in Learmonth (Exmouth), WA, working alongside a leading contractor specialising in airfield infrastructure, defence aviation projects, and civil construction works.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing rostered work on a large-scale project with immediate mobilisation opportunities available for suitable candidates.

FIFO from Perth
3:1 roster
12-hour shifts
Civil construction project
Immediate start opportunities
Competitive hourly rates

Mandatory Requirement
To be considered for this role, candidates must already hold a current and valid DCAC (Defence Common Access Card).

Please note: candidates currently applying for a DCAC or waiting for approval will not be considered at this stage.

We Are Seeking Operators With Experience In:

Loaders
Excavators
Skid Steers
Watercarts
HR Licensed Operators
Concreting & Formwork

We are also looking for reliable personnel who are willing to assist with general ground duties as required on site.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

Current DCAC Card (essential)
Relevant operating tickets and licences
White Card
Previous civil construction experience
Strong commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
