About the Plant
Commissioned in 2023, this gold processing facility is designed for efficiency and recovery, featuring:

• Fine grind capability to ~45 microns
• Multiple-pit feed strategy
• Modern systems focused on performance and reliability

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation across the plant – crusher to tails
• Monitor and troubleshoot circuits including mill, thickener, leach, CIL, elution & water services
• Control room / DCS operation and monitoring
• Conduct plant sampling, inspections & reporting
• Identify and manage risks across the plant
• Maintain accurate records and detailed shift handovers
• Uphold strong safety and housekeeping standards
• (Desirable) Operate small mobile plant – skid steer, forklift, telehandler

About You

• Minimum 2+ years recent experience in a gold processing plant
• Strong experience in CIL / elution circuits
• Previous control room / DCS experience
• Current WA C Class Driver’s Licence
• NPC clearance & full Australian working rights
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
