SSH Mining is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Site Administrator to support the senior leadership team through the establishment and mobilisation of a new open-pit gold project scheduled for early 2026.

This role offers the stability of a full-time position with a clear transition from a Perth-based project setup into a site-based roster once operations commence.

The Opportunity
You’ll assist with procurement, contractor onboarding, documentation, mobilisation planning and administrative setup while working from our Belmont office. Once the project transitions to site, the role will move to an 8/6 FIFO roster supporting daily site administration and reporting to the site management team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perth Phase (2025)

• Support procurement, RFQs, contract setup and vendor engagement
• Assist senior leadership team with mobilisation planning and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions and pre-mobilisation requirements
• Maintain project registers, approvals documentation and safety files
• Prepare rosters, travel frameworks and logistics planning

Site Phase (2026 onwards)

• Manage flights, rosters, camp allocations and visitor access
• Handle PO/GRN, invoice tracking and payroll variations
• Maintain training, medical and statutory site records
• Provide day-to-day operational admin support to the site management team
• Support monthly reporting and operational data collection

What You’ll Bring

• 5 years’ minimum experience in site admin, project support or procurement roles
• Experience in mining, or remote operations
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Confident communicator with strong MS Office and ERP capability
• Current C-Class manual driver’s licence
