Bridge Resources are currently searching for a Maintenance Coordinator for a role based with one of our clients in the Perth CBD.

Reporting to the Asset Manager you will assist with the tracking, scheduling and completions of the asset maintenance requirements across the business. This role is a Monday to Friday position, starting as early as next week.

Your day to day duties will include duties such as:

• Schedule maintenance requirements for all assets onsite
• Ensure scheduled maintenance has been undertaken and documents have been uploaded into the portal
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and order any parts that may be required
• Document and record job details in job files and shared drives including pictures                                 
• Request and complete quotes for work to be undertaken

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with maintenance duties on mobile plant will be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organised and be able to work with sites across various tasks
