HSE Advisor – FIFO WA

About the Client
Our client is a leading civil & mining contractor, delivering high-quality projects across WA. With strong growth and new projects secured for 2025 and beyond, they are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor with earthworks experience to join their team.

The Role
You will play a key role in driving safety on site, ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, and building a strong safety culture across bulk earthworks and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HSE guidance to management, supervisors & crews
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with WHS legislation & standards
• Support training & toolbox talks on hazard identification & prevention
• Lead incident investigations & implement corrective actions
• Build strong client & stakeholder relationships on safety matters
• Prepare safety reports and contribute to project HSE objectives

Requirements

• Earthworks experience (essential)
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of WA WHS Act, Regulations & Australian Standards
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Current Driver’s Licence + able to pass medical/D&A
• Australian PR or valid work rights

What’s on Offer

• $90/hr + weekly pay
• FIFO ex-Perth only
• 6-8 month project with further opportunities
