Civil Site Supervisor – FIFO WA

About the Client
Our client is a leading civil & mining contractor, recognised for safety, quality, and project delivery across WA. With a strong project pipeline for 2025 and beyond, they are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for an immediate start.

The Role
You will supervise daily site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of bulk earthworks and civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil works on site
• Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Enforce HSE compliance and conduct risk assessments
• Monitor quality control and project specifications
• Provide progress reporting to senior management
• Resolve on-site challenges and maintain productivity

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Civil Supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks/civil works
• S26 training (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Procore, Hammertech & MS Office (advantageous)
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Current Driver’s Licence + able to pass medical/D&A
• Australian PR or valid work rights
