We are actively recruiting for an experienced Floating Civil Supervisor (Bulk Earthworks) to join our client, who are a leading contractor in the mining & civil space in a permanent capacity.

• Up to $170k + super + 20% uplift
• 2/1 Roster - FIFO from Perth
• Bulk Earthworks, haul roads, road maintenance

About the role:

• Oversee employees & subcontractors across multiple projects in the Pilbara region.
• Continual drive & implementation of a positive HSE culture including audits.
• Work in a collaborative manner with workforce and internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead toolbox meetings and pre-starts ensuring all communications are delivered effectively.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the project including drawings, specifications, and quality requirements for all site related activities.

Your experience:

• Evident bulk earthworks, haul roads & road maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
• A driven and positive HSE culture across full scope of project.
• Collaboration and information exchange with all relevant personnel on projects.
• Proven experience in reporting & developing all required project documentation.
