The Role
As one of the first points of contact for clients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.
You'll be responsible for speaking with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, booking appointments and supporting them throughout the process. Being able to communicate with empathy and professionalism is essential.
The role offers 1 day WFH - once you are fully up and running.
