The Role
You will provide seamless, high-level support, taking ownership of your executive’s day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex and ever-changing diary and meeting management
- Proactively anticipating priorities and ensuring the executive is fully prepared
- Confidently managing inbox correspondence, including drafting and responding on behalf of the executive
- Coordinating meetings across multiple senior stakeholders and a broader leadership team
- Supporting direct reports with diary coordination and alignment of priorities
- Organising team meetings, offsites, and ad hoc events
- Managing occasional travel arrangements
- Ensuring the executive’s schedule is strategically aligned to business priorities
- Acting with urgency and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
About You
You are a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment and understands how to operate at a senior level.
You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience confidently managing executive correspondence, including inbox ownership and drafting communications
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex and shifting priorities
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong anticipation skills
- Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and push back when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, professional presence and a solutions-focused mindset
