A proactive and can do approach is essential for success in this role.
This position would suit someone used to working within a busy environment, who is also tech savvy.

Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the front of house area.
• Liaise with building management when required and escalate any issues and organisation of repairs.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• AV set up for meetings, trouble shooting any issues.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and tidied before and after meetings.
• Send communications to the wider business.
• Answering of incoming calls as required.
• Checking in of visitors.
• Coordination of onboarding of new starters.
• Induction of new starters.
• Manage OH&S. 
• Organisation of couriers.
• Ordering of office supplies. 
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy
• General administrative tasks.

About You
To be successful within this position, you will:

• Possess a proactive style and work off your own initiative, pre-empting what needs to be done and when.
• Confident in your communication skills, including written communication.
• Adaptable to ever changing situations.
• A natural problem solver and trouble shooter.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Confident in dealing with high profile executives.
• You will be comfortable working in a busy ever changing environment.
• Posses excellent time management skills.
• Have experience working within a busy administrative role.
• Build rapport with ease.
