The role:
The contract TA Specialist role is available for 12 months and will to provide consultative talent acquisition services to the Brennan business. This role will act as a subject matter expert in all elements of talent acquisition and will deliver on the full recruitment lifecycle. 
  
By developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, this role will play a pivotal role in acquiring high quality and culturally aligned professionals into the Brennan business.

Key duties

• Take an effective job brief from hiring manager to ensure a true understanding of role 
• Creating and enacting sourcing strategies customised per role
• Ensure all roles are advertised internally and actively promote the internal referral program
• Initiate and monitor behavioural profiling and technical testing for candidates
• Create and forward short-listed candidates to hiring manager
• Develop targeted interview guides for managers and participate in interviews
• Assist in job approval and ensure approval process is followed
• Make verbal offers and undertake salary negotiation as applicable in conjunction with management team
• Ensure all candidates have a consistent and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful interviewed candidates

Experience required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment of IT or professional services roles
• Demonstrable stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated
• Proven ability to work autonomously, results driven and customer focussed
• Innovative and willing to learn and develop new skills
• Proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
• Demonstrable coaching, development and consulting experience
