About the Role:
As a Tyre Technician, you will work with agricultural and fleet vehicles, carrying out tyre fitting, repairs, balancing and wheel alignment services to a high standard. You will also support fleet service operations while providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment.
 
Your responsibilities include: 

• Repairing tyres to a high standard
• Balancing tyres on agricultural and other vehicles
• Performing wheel alignments on customer vehicles
• Completing puncture repairs
• Carrying out tube fitments to the highest standard
• Attending fleet service callouts as required
• Working occasional after-hours callouts
• Working occasional weekend callouts
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are met
• Participating in ongoing training
• Supporting the wider team as required

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tyre work, working with agricultural vehicles and delivering quality service to customers.
 
About You:
We're looking for a Tyre Technician with strong technical skills in tyre fitting, repairs, balancing and wheel alignments, along with a commitment to customer service and teamwork.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Manual tyre removal experience
• Strong technical ability in tyre fitting, repairs, balancing and wheel alignments
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
• Flexibility to work after hours or weekends for fleet service callouts
• Full driver's licence equivalent to NZ Class 1 and Class 2
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Strong physical fitness and stamina
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to meet English language requirements (PTE Academic score of 29 or IELTS overall band score of 4.0)
• Ability to build positive working relationships and work effectively as part of a team
