With over 40 years in the industry, the company designs and manufactures world-class agricultural machinery. Known for quality and innovation, they are expanding and looking for a committed Factory Hand to join their Winchester team.
 
Full Job Description
Our client is seeking individuals from factory and manufacturing backgrounds who are eager to learn and develop their skills. This role is entry-level, and our client will teach you everything you need to know. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a work week from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting prep and cleaning work areas
• Using electrostatic spray guns (full training provided)
• Operating a forklift (experience preferred but not essential)
• Following job cards and maintaining quality standards
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

  
What we are looking for:

• A great attitude and willingness to learn are the main things we are looking for!
• Physically fit (able to lift to 25 kg)
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, highly organized, and physically fit
• Forklift driving experience is a bonus
• Is able to be on feet all day 45 hours per week

  
NZ residency is required; visa sponsorship is not available, so overseas candidates will not be considered.
