The Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Executive to deliver engaging campaigns and content that bring world-class architectural and safety glass products to life. This hands-on role covers the full marketing mix, with a focus on digital storytelling, brand building, and supporting product specification. From managing our social media and website content to developing brochures, videos, and technical presentations, your work will help position the business as a trusted partner across design and construction markets in ANZ and the US.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches
• Develop videos, brochures, and digital materials that showcase product benefits and design flexibility
• Manage content across the website and architectural portals
• Ensure technical product data is accurate, engaging, and valuable to designers and specifiers
• Produce newsletters for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content and align messaging
• Create high-quality print and digital collateral including case studies, technical specifications and advertisements
• Work with external designers, photographers, and printers as needed
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
• Contribute to positioning and campaign direction based on insights
• Use tools like Salesforce to measure engagement and campaign performance
• Support continuous improvement based on data and feedback

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Ability to turn complex product information into clear, engaging content
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and creativity
• Experience working in a technical or B2B industry is highly desirable
• Bonus points for experience in manufacturing, design, architecture, or construction
