Pay range: $30 - $35 per hour
Days and Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00am-5:00pm (occasional weekends).
Hours: Guaranteed at least 30 hours, standard 40 hours per week

The Role:
As a Resin Flooring Applicator/Floor Finisher, you will be responsible for the installation of resin flooring systems in various commercial, industrial, and residential settings. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Measure, prepare and clean the substrate for resin floor installation.
• Apply epoxy and polyurethane resin coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform surface preparation tasks, including grinding, shot blasting, and patching.
• Ensure that the workplace and equipment are maintained in a safe and organised manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and tasks completed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Provide quality and completed projects and excellent customer service.

  
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  

• Have at least two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of various epoxy and polyurethane resin systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work in demanding environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Have clean police report with no charges pending.
