Title: 4x4 Accessories Division Manager
Location: Whangarei, Northland
Type: Full time/Permanent
Pay range: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
Days: 5 days per week
Hours: Guaranteed at least 30 hours, standard 40 hours per week,

Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the sales of all ARB, M2 Overland, and any 4x4-related products across all branches, supporting the Sales Team with product inquiries and managing retail display stands.
- Drive retail and counter sales, ensure monthly revenue targets are met, and assist the Sales Manager in setting annual revenue targets for the 4x4 Accessories Division.
- Act as Key Account Manager for ARB Dealers and large commercial clients in Northland, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee and manage the quoting system for all 4x4-related products across all branches, including the development and follow-up processes for quotes.
- Take responsibility for the installation, fitting, and quality control of all products, ensuring installations are on-time, meet high-quality standards, and exceed customer expectations, including conducting monthly stock cycle counts and assisting with technician training.
To be successful in this role, you will have: - Experience: At least 3 years’ proven work experience in a relevant role.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills; ability to manage quoting systems, oversee product installations, and drive retail sales.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of 4x4 products and accessories, installation processes, and the commercial side of the automotive industry.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be detail-focused, adaptable, and comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment.
