Pay range: $30 - $35 per hour 
Days: 5 days per week, 9:30am – 9:30pm, must have availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 
Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours per week, standard 40 hours per week 
 
The Company: 
 
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of their indoor sports facility. Reporting to the Director, the Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, overseeing personnel, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring all maintenance, kitchen, and cleaning records are up to date. 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

• Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the facility runs efficiently and effectively 
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times 
• Supervise and develop staff, ensuring they are motivated and trained to provide exceptional service 
• Oversee scheduling of rostering, purchasing, and inventory control 
• Ensure the facility is well-maintained and front-of-house is kept immaculate 
• Ensure adherence to regulations, quality standards, and company procedures 
• Prepare reports for senior management, reviewing operational performance

To be successful in this role, you will have: 
 

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality, retail or leisure industry 
• Knowledge of Conqueror AMF bowling software is a plus 
• Barista and/or kitchenhand experience preferred 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 25 kg 
• Experience with roster management, inventory control, and staff supervision 
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing day-to-day operations 
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of audiences 
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail 
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks 
• Energetic and positive approach to change
