Eligibility to Apply
All employees who have successfully completed their probation and have been in the current role for at least 12 months are eligible to apply for internal vacancies. If you're still in probation and wish to apply, you'll need approval from the leadership team.

Referral Program
Know someone who’d be a great fit for Brennan? Refer them and you could earn up to $3,000! You’ll receive $1,000 once your referral completes their first week, and an additional $2,000 after they successfully pass their probation period. This offer applies to permanent full-time roles based in Australia. To be eligible for payment, you must be employed with Brennan at the time each payment is approved.
