Given the current situation, the role of Client Partner will initially be remote. However, this will ultimately be an office-based role. As an agency enjoying quick growth, they want to nurture a healthy culture, which relies on having people in the office, working together and developing relationships.
We are looking for a strategic Client Partner to lead up the client services team. Taking the commercial lead, it calls for passion, creativity and hands-on experience.
This is no ‘ivory tower’ agency – as the agency lead, you’ll get stuck in. Working with the joint founders you’ll become the face of the agency and have full autonomy over the client portfolio and the teams below you.
This dual role will be a key strategic point of contact for senior clients, a solution-oriented director who thrives on developing strong relationships with clients and agency teams. The role will flex into our Strategy team, leading and developing campaign strategies, actively participating in reviews of project/campaign deliverables in the pursuit of great creative work and campaign results, whilst driving growth within your account. You will be skilled at understanding and managing client needs and expectations, as well as providing strategic leadership for your team, knowing how to empower teams to get the best out of their skill sets.
