Our client is an independent and award-winning digital brand experience agency that continues to work with some of the biggest brands within the drinks, automotive and entertainment space.
Established back in early 2000, they have a history of delivering engaging and meaningful digital experiences through expertise in strategy, creative, technology, PPC, SEO and digital marketing to name but a few.

As this creative agency continues to grow, we are now ideally seeking an experienced, hands on Digital Creative Director or Design Director who is just as comfortable client facing as you are being hands on in interface (UI) and user experience (UX). Although we would also consider talent who feel they are ready to step up to this level.
To be crystal clear we aren’t seeking someone who is only comfortable conceptualising, although this is going to be a major part of the role, you need to be mac literate as well.
This role will see you partnering with the Brand Strategy Director and together with your creative team supporting you, you will lead by example whilst developing the creative talent within the agency.
You will drive the design best practice across projects, ensuring the user is at the heart of all design decisions as well as lead the creative and design offering across the full client portfolio, ensuring excellence from creative conceptualisation through to implementation.

In return for your experience as a Digital Creative Director or Design Director our client offers a competitive salary banding ranging between £70-90k based on experience.
