Our client is a fast-growing Dublin based integrated marketing agency that brings together brand and business strategy to deliver award winning results. 
Whilst some agencies maybe stalling, this particular agency is on a fast-growing trajectory with a number of live roles across the business. This is due to not only new client wins but also their current client portfolio investing more into this agency’s particular set of skills. 

Its due to this growth, as this agency evolves, so must its internal structure to make way for bigger teams and more opportunities to promote from within. 
This forward planning means that we are now seeking a Group Project Director who has experience in overseeing multiple project manager teams and ensure the smooth running of the delivery function of the award-winning agency. 

This role is very much an internal focussed role, that will see you as the link between strategy, creative and client services with the project management function. As they are still a mid-sized agency you will still be expected to handle some of the campaign delivery function yourself. This isn’t an ivory tower position. Expect to roll your sleeves up from both a management and delivery perspective. 

To be suitable for this role you as Group Project Director you will have the following experience and skills: 

• You will already be a Project Director at a mid-sized integrated or digital marcomms agency
• Have vast knowledge across all channels – preferably TTL or digital not ATL
• Be a strong team mentor and support as this role will involve team management and development 
• Strong commercial experience, running and controlling budgets and time management 
• Provide digital project management leadership and be the digital focal point (client liaison) within the agency
• Direct metrics reporting & analytics
• Liaise with the Lead Creative and Client Directors to turn these into a Project plan, which is approved by all stakeholders 

In return for your experience as a Group Project Director our client offers a very competitive salary ranging between £60,000 – 70,000 plus benefits. 

Please note this role is based in Dublin but our client does offer help in relocation from the UK should the be required.
