Be Recruitment is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Mental Health Leaders interested in interim contract opportunities across the Mid North Coast of NSW.

We are partnering with a well-established youth mental health service and are looking to connect with leaders who can step into key positions supporting multidisciplinary teams and high-quality service delivery. Engagements are expected to commence from a three-month term, with the potential to extend through to the end of 2026 for the right person.

These opportunities may suit professionals with experience in:

• Clinical Leadership
• Service Management
• Centre or Program Management
• Team Leadership
• Youth Mental Health
• Community Mental Health
• Multidisciplinary team leadership
• Clinical governance and quality improvement

We would love to hear from Psychologists, Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals with demonstrated leadership experience.
